Eleos Life

Embedded insurance · B2B2C

Eleos Life is a B2B2C white-label embedded insurance platform. The product allows financial institutions and other distribution partners to offer life insurance as part of their existing customer journey — frictionless, embedded, and personalised.

The core challenge was low conversion. The platform was functional, but the end-to-end experience carried too much friction and several parts of the operating model behind it were manual and slow. I came in to help improve both the customer journey and the way the product function operated internally.

Key outcomes

  • —Grew end-to-end conversion from 1% to 3.5% in the first year through A/B testing, funnel redesign, and continuous experimentation.
  • —Continued to 4.2% in 2026 through AI-powered features and tighter product operations.
  • —Shipped an AI chatbot to reduce friction and answer customer queries inline.
  • —Designed an AI Agent support workflow that reduced manual handling.
  • —Built a more connected product leadership setup using Claude and MCP servers, bringing planning, analytics, and execution into a single working layer.
  • —Built an internal reconciliation tool that reduced a major monthly ops process from roughly one week to a few minutes.
