Eleos Life is a B2B2C white-label embedded insurance platform. The product allows financial institutions and other distribution partners to offer life insurance as part of their existing customer journey — frictionless, embedded, and personalised.
The core challenge was low conversion. The platform was functional, but the end-to-end experience carried too much friction and several parts of the operating model behind it were manual and slow. I came in to help improve both the customer journey and the way the product function operated internally.
